Just show up —

The day

It's a shoot. It's also a really good Thursday.

You're photographed the moment you arrive, so nothing rides on being ready. Between camera turns, you're not sitting in a parking lot waiting — there's something happening the whole time.

Three locations

Chosen so nothing you post looks like it came from the same afternoon. You move as a group; both crews move with you.

Mini workshops

Short, practical sessions between shoots — on-camera delivery, content strategy, and what to do with everything once it lands in your inbox.

The room

A small group of agents, lenders and title reps spending a full day together. The referrals that come out of these rooms tend to outlast the content.

Cocktails at the end

Cameras down, drink in hand, day done. Included in both packages.

The call sheet

Three stops, one day

Before you ask

Questions

I hate being on camera.
Everyone says that on the way in. You're directed the entire day — posing, expression, what to say and when to say it. You don't have to be good at this. That's the whole reason two people are running it.
It's a group day. Will I actually get enough time?
The day is built around a small group across three locations with two crews working in parallel — while one person is on camera for video, another is being photographed.
What's the real difference between General and VIP?
General is a finished set: 15 retouched photos and 3 reels, ready to post. VIP adds 20 retouched photos, the full gallery from your day, all the raw footage, and a fourth reel built as a pinned “About Me” post. If you or someone on your team edits your own content, VIP gives you the raw material to keep cutting from.
What do I wear?
You'll get a wardrobe guide ahead of the pre-production call on November 5, and we'll settle your looks on that call — one per location.
When do I get everything?
[Delivery window to confirm.] Photos arrive retouched and reels arrive finished with text on screen. VIP galleries and raw footage are delivered at the same time.
Can I use these for listing marketing and on my brokerage site?
[Usage and licensing terms to confirm.]
Is hair and makeup included?
[To confirm — whether it's on site, available as an add-on, or up to you.]
What if I have to cancel, or it rains?
[Cancellation, transfer and weather policy to confirm.]
I'm in title, escrow or lending — not an agent. Is this for me?
Yes. The shot list is built around your business on the pre-production call, so what gets captured is specific to what you actually sell.
