One day. Three locations.
Just show up —
we’ll handle the rest.
A San Diego content day for real estate, lending, title and escrow professionals. Two crews directing you the whole way, workshops between shoots, and a cocktail when the cameras come down. You leave with photos and reels ready to post — and a shoot day you’d actually do again.
Registration closes October 15 — spots are then offered on
It's a shoot. It's also a really good Thursday.
You're photographed the moment you arrive, so nothing rides on being ready. Between camera turns, you're not sitting in a parking lot waiting — there's something happening the whole time.
Three locations
Chosen so nothing you post looks like it came from the same afternoon. You move as a group; both crews move with you.
Mini workshops
Short, practical sessions between shoots — on-camera delivery, content strategy, and what to do with everything once it lands in your inbox.
The room
A small group of agents, lenders and title reps spending a full day together. The referrals that come out of these rooms tend to outlast the content.
Cocktails at the end
Cameras down, drink in hand, day done. Included in both packages.
Three stops, one day
Locations and call times are confirmed with you on the pre-production call on November 5, along with your wardrobe and shot list.
[Location one]
Arrival portraits and headshots, your intro reel, and the approachable set — the images that do the work on your bio, your business card and the top of your profile.
[Location two]
Lifestyle and movement — walking, talking, working. This is where the reel content gets made, and where most of your B-roll comes from.
[Location three]
At-work and environmental frames, plus the last reel. Then cameras down and drinks.
Two ways in
Both packages include all three locations, the workshops, and cocktails at the end. Choose when you register — you can move up to VIP any time before November 5.
- 15 retouched photos
- 3 reels — text on screen, ready to post
- All three locations
- Mini workshops between shoots
- Cocktail at the end of the day
- 20 retouched photos instead of 15
- The full gallery of images from your day
- Access to all raw footage
- A fourth reel — a pinned “About Me” post for your Instagram
The difference worth knowing: General gives you a finished set to post. VIP gives you the finished set plus the raw material — the full gallery and every clip — so you or your team can keep cutting from it long after the day.
Three dates to keep
Register
Pick your package and hold your spot. After October 15 the remaining spots are offered on to other people.
Pre-production call
We plan around your business — wardrobe, locations, call times, and a shot list built for your market and your audience. You'll know exactly what's happening before you arrive.
Content day
Three locations, both crews, directed the whole way. You're photographed from the moment you arrive.
Delivery
Your retouched photos and finished reels arrive ready to post. VIP galleries and raw footage are delivered alongside them.

Questions
I hate being on camera.
It's a group day. Will I actually get enough time?
What's the real difference between General and VIP?
What do I wear?
When do I get everything?
Can I use these for listing marketing and on my brokerage site?
Is hair and makeup included?
What if I have to cancel, or it rains?
I'm in title, escrow or lending — not an agent. Is this for me?
